The board of Unipol has decided to present a list for the renewal of the board of directors and the board of statutory auditors of Bper, expiring with the meeting on April 19th. For the board of directors, we read in a note, they will be re-nominated Gianni Franco Papa, Elena Beccalli and Maria Elena Cappello, who already sit on the board of directors, to which are added the names of Fabio Cerchiai, Matteo Cordero di Montezemolo, Angela Maria Cossellu e Stefano Rangone, for a total of seven nominations. As regards the board of auditors, effective auditors are nominated Angelo Mario Giudici e Silvia Bocci and to alternate auditors Andrea Scianca e Federica Mantini. According to rumors, Unipol, Bper's largest shareholder with just under 20% of the capital, will support Papa's appointment as Bper's new CEO, replacing the outgoing one Piero Luigi Montani.
Unipol, 2023 results: growing dividend
