Unicredit, last steps for the sale of Uccmb

The age-old negotiation for the sale by Unicredit di Uccmb, the group company that manages anomalous loans. 

A summit will be held this morning between the parties involved (Unicredit itself, Prelios e Fortress) to define the last details. From an economic point of view, the agreement should provide for the payment of 300 million for the management platform (with 700 employees) more 250 million for a portfolio of non-performing loans with a nominal value of 2,5 billion.

On October 24, UniCredit began exclusive negotiations with Fortress and Prelios on the sale of Uccmb with the aim of concluding an agreement "in a reasonable time frame". The transaction concerns the sale of the entire stake in UniCredit (98% direct).

Meanwhile, the Unicredit stock on the Stock Exchange (after the +5,5% recorded at the end of last Friday) is opening on parity, at an altitude of 5,775 euros.
