UniCredit: BlackRock fund drops below 5%, becomes second shareholder behind Aabar Luxembourg

The American BlackRock, the world's leading investment fund, fell below the threshold of 5% in the capital of UniCredit. As shown by Consob communications relating to significant equity investments, with a transaction dated September 23rd, BlackRock dropped to 4,999% from 5,246% recorded on March 7th of this year

The American BlackRock, the world's leading investment fund, fell below the threshold of 5% in the capital of UniCredit. As shown by Consob communications relating to significant equity investments, with an operation dated September 23rd, BlackRock dropped to 4,999% from 5,246% recorded on March 7th of this year. On this basis, BlackRock is no longer the first shareholder of UniCredit, but second behind Aabar Luxembourg with 5,081% and ahead of Fondazione Cariverona with 3,498%.
