Unicredit enters the Top Employer Europe 2019

The Top Employers Institute rewards companies that offer the best working conditions to their employees – Unicredit has obtained certification in Italy, Germany, Russia, Croatia and Bulgaria – Generali Italia has also been awarded.

Unicredit enters the Top Employers Institute register for the second consecutive year, which rewards le companies that offer better working conditions to their employees, who train and support talent at every level
company and who strive to enhance and their Best Practices in the field of human resources.

Among the Italian companies present in the Top Employers are also Generali Italy, Finecobank, Hera, Ubi Banca, Vodafone Italia and Rai Way.

The bank led by Jean Pierre Mustier has obtained certification not only for the working conditions offered in Italy, but also in Germany, Russia, Croatia and Bulgaria, while as far as Ubi is concerned, digital transformation, smart working and training count. Vodafone Italia is rewarded for the quality of the training provided to employees, the recruiting and talent development strategy and the corporate culture. Rai Way, which manages and develops the transmission and radio and television broadcasting networks for RAI, was awarded for the third consecutive year for being a company capable of developing the best working conditions, reconciling instances of competitiveness and well-being of the organization.

Recognition also came to Cassa Depositi e Prestiti thanks to its commitment to identifying the best working conditions and adopting best practice for personnel development.

Il Top Employers Institute every year, it submits the companies to an independent review, using various judging criteria, from the "Talent Strategy" to the benefits, passing through the development of the leadership and the culture.
