One year after the Salerno event for the launch of the mandatory Telematic Civil Process, in which the Minister of Justice Orlando himself took part, sums up on the path taken towards Justice and digital Administration. press on the topic: “Digital Status. Justice and Public Administration".

And this morning the Salerno Court of Appeal and UCCMB, during the conference on "Digital Status. Justice and Public Administration”, analyzed the progress of the digitization works of the Public Administration and of the Civil Justice. In particular, the site was presented to the audience www.statodigitale.it, the first portal that aims to disseminate knowledge on issues relating to telematic justice in the framework of digital innovation of the Public Administration.

The goal is to facilitate access of citizens, businesses, professionals and operators to the tools made available to them by digital innovation. A unique portal of its kind – which has already received the patronage of important Stakeholders, including the Agency for Digital Italy, the University of Salerno, the Municipalities of Salerno, Vallo and Naples, the District Bar Associations – aimed at satisfying the information needs of all operators and subjects interested in the world of Justice and Public Administration.

Claudius Tringali, Deputy President of the Court of Appeal of Salerno, stated: "Today's meeting follows exactly one year after the conference "Telematic Justice in the framework of Digital Administration" which marked a high point in our experience as judges grappling with the innovation of the Telematic Civil Process and had been preceded by a long, synergistic and passionate work between the Court of Appeal of Salerno, the Orders and Forensic Associations, UCCMB and the technological partners of the Online Justice project ".

The Chief Executive Officer of UCCMB, Dino Crivellari in this regard he stated: “The machine of the modernization it has finally left and, despite the foreseeable obstacles that may arise, it must not and cannot undergo any form of arrest. Citizens, entrepreneurs and professionals increasingly need new systems and new interfaces to dialogue with the Public Administration".
