Unicredit: change the commercial network

New organizational structure for the Italian sales network of Unicredit. The innovation will be operational starting next January and provides for "a simpler structure, faster decision-making processes and greater operational efficiency", reads a note. The contact persons of the Bank will remain unchanged for the customers.

The new network will be organized in 7 “Region” (North West, Lombardy, North East, Centre North, Center, South, Sicily) led by as many "Regional Manager” who will coordinate 77 areas businesses distributed throughout the peninsula. each Regional Manager will have support structures able to guarantee the full functioning of the bank at the local level (Loans, Human Resources, Organization...).

"The 77 Commercial Areas – said Gabriele Piccini, country chairman Italy of Unicredit – they will have all the characteristics of real local banks. The territories will be equipped with even greater powers in terms of prices and credits. Just think that 9 credit practices out of 10 will be approved in the area by the competent commercial area structures, and the same will apply for price inquiries. This new organization will bring about a significant simplification of operating processes and, consequently, the ability to respond with greater rapidity to customer requests, ensuring maximum proximity to the territories in which we operate".

In the new organizational structure, a dedicated service model will be created for families with large fortunes and a private network that mirrors the commercial network will remain active. In addition, a specialized real estate team will be set up, which will directly manage the groups medium-large companies operating in the sector and will provide specialist support to the network commercial in the management of smaller groups.
