He will be responsible for Planning, Treasury & Finance and Investor Relations under the direction of the Deputy General Manager of Strategy and Finance Marina Natale.

Unicredit: Bernardo Mingrone new CFO

UniCredit announces that Bernardo Mingrone assumes from today the position of Group Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for Planning, Treasury & Finance and Investor Relations activities under the direction of the Deputy General Manager Strategy and Finance Marina Natale.

Bernardo Mingrone was born in Rome in 1974. He graduated in Economics from the School of Economics and Political Science in London in 1995 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1998. 

In 2008 he joined UniCredit Group, in Milan, in the Group Finance Department. In 2010, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Pioneer Global Asset Management, with responsibilities for Global Finance, Strategy and Corporate Development. 

In 2012 he moved to Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena as Group CFO and member of the Group Executive Committee, reporting directly to the CEO. 

In January 2014 he was promoted to Deputy General Manager and Head of Finance and Operations. In October 2015 Mingrone joined UniCredit as Chief Financial Officer of the Group with responsibility for Planning, Treasury & Finance and Investor Relations.
