Unicredit and PwC: agreement on PNRR to facilitate access to tenders for Italian companies

Support companies in accessing local, national and European subsidies, including those provided by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) through a new one platform, integrated with professional personalized consultancy services. It is the goal of the new collaboration agreement signed by Unicredit and PwC Italia, an organization active in the sector of professional services to companies. The new services, designed to make the PNRR accessible to all corporate clients of Unicredit, especially to SMEs, will be available from the beginning of 2023.

"Making the PNRR an accessible tool for small and medium-sized enterprises in the country, helping them to fully seize the opportunities" is the goal of Unicredit as underlined by Remo Taricani Deputy Head Italy of the banking group.

“An important development tool for Italian companies in the ecological and digital transition path” he added Matthew D'Alessio, Global Relationship Partner PwC for Unicredit. "PwC's "Tenders and Incentives" Platform - available free of charge for UniCredit customers - will allow for the rapid identification of the facilitation measures applicable to the customer's situation and will give access, via a fully digitized process, to a suitably dedicated team of Specialists".

PwC Tenders and Incentives Platform: how it works

Unicredit provides SMEs with free access to platform, Tenders and Incentives of PwC Italia, a digital infrastructure that brings together all the incentives and concessions divided by product sector, organized by professionals from PwC in the form of synthetic cards that summarize the contents in a simple and immediate way.

The banking group's business customers will therefore be able to register free of charge on the platform and navigate freely among the tenders and incentives, always updated by the professionals of PwC, which a predictive algorithm will order according to the participation requirements and the characteristics of the company.

Customers interested in tenders and incentives will then be able to access all the other professional services offered by PwC, starting from the preliminary assessment of compatibility, to the provision of services for the preparation and sending of the request for facilitation, up to their reporting, through a digital process integrated into the platform.
