The contract stipulated between the Movimento 5 Stelle and Virginia Raggi is valid. The appeal presented by the lawyer Venerando Monello was rejected by the first section of the civil court.
The judges noted that the signing of the contract does not fall within the cases of ineligibility provided for by law. Furthermore, as regards the application for nullity, the lawyer Monello is not "owner of an interest in bringing proceedings".
Attorney Monello will also have to refund the legal fees to the parties summoned.
