Severino Salvemini will continue to hold the position of executive chairman. This was confirmed by the board of TiMedia, appointed yesterday by the shareholders' meeting. In addition to the legal representation of the company, Salvemini will have "all the powers necessary to carry out the acts pertaining to the corporate activity and the responsibility relating to the overall governance of the company and the group".
The internal committees were also renewed: the directors Massimo Bergami, Lorenzo Gorgoni, Paola Schwizer are part of the control and risk committee; Chiara Della Penna, Valeria Lattuada, Giuseppe Soda of the nomination and remuneration committee. Gorgoni has been appointed lead independent director.
Today around 16,30 pm the Telecom Italia Media share is down by 2,93%.
