Tim Brasil: 2011 revenues +12%

Tim Brazil confirms the targets for 2011. The Brazilian subsidiary of Telecom Italia, which holds approximately 66,9% of the share capital, estimates in 2011 revenues for a total of 16 billion reais (about 7 billion euro), up 12% compared to the 14,5 billion made last year. This was announced by the CEO of Tim Brasil, Luca Luciani, who presented the Tim Fiber project today in Rio de Janeiro.

The company also confirms “one 26% market share“, one year in advance of the plan targets. Previous targets were 7-8%. The acquisition of Aes Atimus, the company that Tim Brasil forfeited last October with 5.500 kilometers of fiber optic network, will have an impact of one billion reais more on revenues in Brazil from 2016.
