Between January and September, profits rose by 2% year-on-year (to 552,5 million euros), while turnover increased by 3,8% (to 1,67 billion) – Interim dividend on the way

Terna: profits and revenues rise, investment boom

Terna closes the first nine months of 2019 with growing profits and revenues. In a note, the company that manages the electricity grid specifies that between January and September that i profits rose by 2% year-on-year (to 552,5 million euros), while the turnover increased by 3,8% (to 1,67 billion).

It also improves profitability, with the EBITDA which reaches 1,28 billion (+3,9% year on year).  

- investments increased by almost a fifth (+19,3%), reaching 670 million euro.

As it regards instead net financial debt, increased from €7,89 billion as at 31 December 2018 to €8,25 billion as at 30 September 2019.

Coming soon for members a interim dividend 2019 equal to 8,42 euro cents per share.
