Terna is included in the Stoxx Global ESG Leaders Indices for the third consecutive year. These are indices created by the company Stoxx Limited which, on the basis of sustainability performance, select 313 companies from the 1.800 stocks present in the starting international basket, the Stoxx Global 1800 Index.
“Terna is one of the 104 companies worldwide, and the only Italian utility, which can boast inclusion in all three indexes, testifying – reads a company statement – of the solidity of its commitment and of a excellence on all fronts of sustainability”.
There are a total of five Italian companies in all three indexes, while the Italian companies included in the Stoxx Global Esg Leaders are reduced to nine (there were 13 in 2011 and 10 in 2012), including Terna.
At the end of the morning, Terna's stock gained 0,3% in Piazza Affari.
