With the aim of supporting projects aimed at preserving the film and audiovisual heritage of regional interest, through the digitization of films or their restoration, through non-repayable contributions, the Lazio Region presents a tender whose beneficiaries are the post-production companies of cinematographic and/or audiovisual works, with registered or operational headquarters in the Lazio Region; film libraries with registered office and tax domicile in Italy
Eligible expenditure, Contribution and disbursement method:
Eligible expenses: only expenses incurred in the regional territory, unequivocally attributable and necessary to the project and its processing phases.
Maximum contribution: €40.000 for each feature film and €20.000 for each short film.
The contribution, granted in compliance with the provisions envisaged on the subject of "de minimis" (EU Regulation No. 1407/2013) cannot exceed 80% of eligible costs.
Method of disbursement: eligible expenses incurred and receipted by 30 September 2020.
Delivery following the conclusion of the project, certified reporting of expenses, and sending of a descriptive report and digital copy, to be made by 30 October 2020.
