While we await a solution on the Vivendi front, important news arrives regarding Telecom Italia's shareholder structure.

Consob communications on significant equity investments show that as of May 19, JP Morgan Chase holds an aggregate share of 5,14% of Telecom Italia's share capital.

Specifically, the New York bank owns 1,906% of the voting rights referable to shares, while a further 1,767% is registered as a potential shareholding, of which 1,633% refers to convertible bonds expiring on July 24th and 0,134% referring to shares subject to securities lending contracts with the possibility of repayment at any time.

The remaining 1,467 is in other long positions ("put", "call" options and equity swaps), with maturities between May 23, 2017 and January 14, 2021.
