Cyrus P. Mistry will be the next president of the Tata group, conglomerate ranging from cars to information technology, partner of Fiat in India. The current head of the company, 73-year-old Ratan Tata, will leave his seat – which he has occupied continuously since 1991 – in December 2012.
Mistry will be the second non-family manager to lead India's most famous firm. Tata's annual turnover is around 71 billion dollars, with 98 companies.
