Tamburi rises in the capital of the Sesa group

Drums Investment Partners (Tip:) has increased by 15 to 20,64% its share in the capital of ITH, a company which it in turn controls Sesa group, active in the Information Technology sector for companies. "Following the exercise of the options, already included in the July 2019 agreements and expiring in 2022 - reads a note - Tip's share will subsequently increase to 21,48%".

The operation will take place through the subscription of a capital increase in ITH cash. The goal is to strengthen the alliance established about a year ago between Tip and the controlling shareholders of Sesa to "allow the group to advance on its path of continuous and sustainable growth, also through progressive aggregations – continues the note – to further increase its market shares in the Italian and European Information Technology sector.

Marco and Leonardo Bassilichi, entrepreneurs already partners of Sesa in the new Base Digitale sector, specializing in services for the financial sector, also enter the capital of ITH - each with 0,51%.

In detail, ITH holds 52,8% of the capital of Sesa and following this operation the shareholder HSE, which brings together the founding partners and the management of the Sesa group, will own approximately 75% of the capital of ITH, "thus confirming the its commitment - continues the note - in a long-term perspective and continuous and sustainable growth".

Sesa produced consolidated revenues of 1,775 billion euros in the year ended 30 April (+14,4% on an annual basis), it employs over 2.500 people and is listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. In the last year, also following Tip's entry, Sesa concluded eight acquisition operations for a total incremental turnover of approximately 100 million euros.

At the end of the morning the stock on the stock exchange of the Sesa group yields 1,1%, to 52,10 euros, while that of Tip travels in the red by 1,4%, to 6,12 euros.
