Superbonus 110%, Sorgenia and Intesa Sanpaolo become partners

Sorgenia Green Solutions, a group company Sorgenia specialized in energy efficiency, e Intesa Sanpaolo sign an agreement on the Superbonus 110%, the formula launched by the Government to support citizens and businesses in the costs for the energy requalification of buildings. The provision is one of the cornerstones of the ecological transition which is already at the center of the executive's agenda and which will increasingly be so through the funds of the Recovery Plan, which is currently in the decisive approval phase.

The deal makes it possible transfer of the tax credit to Intesa Sanpaolo, with the certainty of being accompanied by Sorgenia during all phases of the process. In fact, Sorgenia Green Solutions will manage the entire package of works – from energy diagnosis to the installation of the most suitable solutions – and will follow the entire financing process. “The Superbonus 110% – he commented Andrea Chinellato CEO of Sorgenia Green Solutions - represents a great opportunity for our customers: we want to accompany them on this virtuous path, making it as simple as possible. For us, this is an important market for which we aim for double-digit growth”.

“The agreement signed with Sorgenia Green Solutions – he added Mauro Micillo, Chief of the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo – will make it possible to support the real economy, facilitating sustainable and virtuous investments. This is an important transaction with a leading operator in the sector, which pays particular attention to energy transition issues from an ESG perspective, in line with the strategic guidelines of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group for sustainable development of the country".

According to the current Budget Law for 2021, the Superbonus 110% is valid until 30 June 2022 for condominiums that have completed at least 2022% of the works by June 60, but the government is discussing an extension of the subsidy until the end of 2023. For ex-IACP (social housing) who have completed at least 31% of the works as at 2022 December 60, the Superbonus 110% is already due for the expenses incurred up to 30 June 2023. The bonus can currently be requested for anti-seismic interventions, for energy efficiency, installation in buildings of photovoltaic systems, charging stations and, in general, infrastructure for electric vehicles. Particular attention is paid to buildings (except new buildings) subject to interventions aimed at improving thermal performance or reducing seismic risk. An opportunity that therefore also allows you to increase the value of your property.
