MySorgenia is the new tool of the company's digital ecosystem that makes accessing Sorgenia's services even easier. A paradigm shift, a completely new point of view to enhance the relationship with the customer, who becomes an integral part of a virtuous community attentive to environmental issues. The first step in a process of greater awareness of sustainability goes through the calculation of its carbon footprint: by answering a few simple questions on lifestyle, mobility and ways of living at home, everyone can know their own environmental impact expressed in CO2 and receive personalized suggestions to improve it.

But that's not all: MySorgenia allows you to monitor the consumption of your own utilities and those of relatives and close people, with a true perspective of energy sharing, involving the customer in a journey made up of gaming experiences, tests and bonuses. A special section is dedicated to the “Greeners” loyalty program. Those who join have the opportunity to immediately win a folding bicycle and to accumulate green coins that allow them to choose prizes from the catalogue: not only sustainable objects and experiences but also actions of solidarity towards those in need.

The Greneers can decide to donate water to families in emergency, plant trees to reduce their CO2 impact, save species at risk of extinction; it will be sufficient to carry out a series of actions ranging from the monthly self-reading of the meter to participation in "missions" of a social or environmental nature promoted by Sorgenia. As in an experiential game, every four missions you pass a level and go from Beginner to Ambassador.
