Snam increases investments until 2016: from 6,7 to 6,9 billion

The energy company presented the new 2013-2016 strategic plan: total investments of 6,9 billion and a coupon expected in line with the 0,25 euro accrual for 2012.

Il Snam's 2013-2016 strategic plan it envisages total investments of 6,9 billion from the 6,7 billion of the previous plan and an "attractive and sustainable" dividend policy in the medium/long term.

For 2013, says a note, the coupon is expected to be in line with the 0,25 euro pertaining to 2012. The value of the consolidated Regulated Asset Base (RAB) as at 2016 is estimated to grow at an average annual rate of 3,4. 36%; the share of Rab incentivized should reach around XNUMX%.

The financial structure will maintain a debt-to-asset ratio (consolidated RAB and non-consolidated associates) at approximately 55%. No refinancing of existing debt is needed until 2015, says the company. The EBITDA/revenue ratio is eventually seen to grow from 77% in 2012 to around 80% in 2016.

At the opening of Piazza Affari, the Snam share lost 0,22%.
