Italians who have an electronic identity card will be able to use it to access INPS services. Through the 3.0 document issued by the Ministry of the Interior and produced by the Poligrafico it will be possible to access the services for workers, use the payment portal, verify one's social security or social security position, consult the pension slip and use many other online services available from INPS.

The electronic identity card can be requested from one's municipality of residence or also from the municipality of residence. The document can be requested at any time and its duration varies according to the age group: 3 years for children under 3; 5 years for citizens between the ages of 3 and 18; 10 years for adults.
