Seat Pagine Gialle has confirmed that it has received a binding expression of interest from D.Holding for an integration with DMail. According to the note released by the Turin company, the offer would imply a modification of the company's composition proposals.
The offer, reads the note, "will be examined shortly and is subject to certain conditions: the Board of Directors reserves the right to carry out a careful and in-depth evaluation of this proposal, without prejudice to the primary objective of concluding the composition procedure in course, according to the times already disclosed and which provide for the creditors' meetings in the month of next July".
