Ryanair finds an agreement with the Irish pilots and the title flies

After a marathon of more than 22 hours, Ryanair has finally reached an agreement with the Irish pilots which puts an end to months of battle which have involved, in spite of themselves, thousands of European travellers, forced to suffer very strong inconveniences, due to the numerous strikes experienced in this season of passion.

The agreement reached in Dublin, the headquarters of the company led by Michael O'Leary, will be submitted to a referendum among the company's pilots, the positive result of which appears highly probable given that the unions have already recommended to the workers adhering to their acronyms accept the agreement regarding the central issues that led to the dispute between the parties: transfers, promotions, annual holidays, etc.

The details of the agreement between the Irish company and its pilots are not yet known, but today's announcement undoubtedly represents a turning point: it is in fact the first collective agreement of the largest European low-cost company in the last year and marks a further step forward since Ryanair agreed to recognize staff unions late last year.

The novelty had strong repercussions on the stock market. Just over an hour after the opening of the markets, on the London Stock Exchange the Ryanair share gained more than 6 percent to 13,98, realizing the best performance since last May 21st. The shares also fly to Dublin, where they travel up by 6,08%.
