The European stock exchanges were almost flat at the beginning of the week. After an upward start, in the wake of the first information on the outcome of the Maneuver summit, Piazza Affari fell into negative territory: -0,3% to 18.851 points. Weighs the uncertainty on the text, still not known. But two problems for the EU contribute to favoring a compromise between the yellow-green government and Brussels: the stalemate over Brexit and the breakup of France (Premier Edouard Philippe confirmed a deficit/GDP ratio of 3,2%). The spread moves little, around 270 basis points. The ten-year BTP trades at 2,96% (+1 basis points), the two-year one sees the yield go to 0,59% from 0,57% on Friday evening. The Bund is stable at 0,25%.

Brent oil unchanged at 60,4 dollars a barrel: -2,2% last week.
