The Reply group closed the 2015 financial year with a consolidated turnover of 705,6 million euros, up by 11,6% compared to the 632,2 million euros of the 2014 financial year – The board of directors proposed a dividend of 1 euro per share .

Reply, accounts ok and stock goes up on the stock market

The Board of Directors of Reply spa – a company listed on the Star segment of Piazza Affari – today approved the draft financial statements for the 2015 financial year, which will be submitted for approval to the shareholders' meeting scheduled for 21 April 2016 in Turin on first call.

The Reply group closed the 2015 financial year with a turnover consolidated amount of 705,6 million euros, up 11,6% compared to the 632,2 million euros of 2014; Ebitda amounted to 98,7 million (85,1 million in 2014), while Ebit stood at 90,6 million (80,7 million in 2014). The Net income group amounted to 56,7 million, up on the 47,9 million of 2014.

The board of directors has therefore decided to propose to the next shareholders' meeting the distribution of a dividend equal to 1 euro per share, which will be paid on 11 May 2016, with the ex-dividend date set for 9 May 2016 (record date 10 May 2016).

La net financial position of the group, as at 31 December 2015, was positive for 28,2 million, a substantial improvement compared to 16,3 million as at 31 December 2014. In September 2015, the net financial position was positive for 40,2 million.

In the mid-afternoon, Reply shares gained more than 3%. MY BAG, reaching 124 euros per share. In the last 12 months it has gained 64%.
