10-year BTP yields below 6% and the spread is still falling

The differential between Italian BTPs and German Bunds continues to decrease, reaching 372 bp: it has not been at such a low level since 27 October. After the words of Merkel and Sarkozy, the French spread also fell below 100 reaching 93 basis points.

La maneuver that Prime Minister Mario Monti is presenting to Montecitorio seems to appeal to the markets. And the differential between the BTP ten-year terms and the fees Waist Germans remains below the 400 point threshold and touches the low of the day a 372 pb, with a yield of 5,955%. It is surprising when you consider that last week the 10-year bond was offering interest rates above 7%. The performance of the 2-year government bonds at 5,565 euros, almost 1 point less than this morning's opening. 
 
After theagreement joined by Merkel and Sarkozy in Brussels, too spread between the French Oats and German Bunds falls and stabilizes below 100 basis points at quotation 93.  

Another surprising result is that of Spain: the spread has dropped below 300 and reaches 288 basis points.
