Four women for Fiat: 2 on the board of Fiat-Chrysler and 2 in Fiat Industrial (including Patrizia Grieco)

The new boards of directors of Fiat-Chrysler and Fiat Industrial will be leaner and more feminine – At the next meeting, the board of directors of Fiat-Chrysler will include the English journalist Patience Wheatcroff and the Italian-American Victoria Bigio – Fiat Industrial will instead join the Italian Patrizia Grieco (CEO of Olivetti) and Dutch Jacqueline Bakker

Four highly professional women for the top management of Fiat: two will join the board of directors of Fiat-Chrysler at the shareholders' meeting on 4 April and another two will join the board of directors of Fiat Industrial on the occasion of the shareholders' meeting on 5 April. In Fiat-Chrysler, the majority shareholder Exor will propose the appointment of the British journalist and former director of the Wall Street Journale Europe Patience Wheatcroft, who currently sits in the House of Lords while as an independent and on a proposal from institutional investors he will join the Italian-American Joyce Victoria Bigio, partner of International Accounting Solution.

In Fiat Industrial he will instead become a member of the board of directors as an independent candidate from institutional investors a face well known to the Italian financial community and that is Patricia Grieco, CEO of Olivetti of the Telecom Italia group as well as a member of the board of directors of Ferretti Yacht. Exor will instead propose the Dutch Jacqueline Tammenoms Bakker, advisor to the Land Agency, the Van Leer Group Foundation, Vivendi and Tesco.
