The capital increase of People of Vicenza from 1,5 billion ended with total subscriptions of just over 8% of the capital. This is what has been learned from financial sources which report that the Atlante fund will have over 90% of the institute's capital. A few Italian institutional investors and a few thousand savers subscribed to the shares, thus joining the approximately 120 members of the Vicenza institute.
The operation was taken care of by Mediobanca, JpMorgan, Deutsche Bank, Unicredit and Bnp Paribas as placement banks while Vitale&Associati assisted the institute. With these results – underline the same financial sources – the problem now arises of the admission to listing of the securities by Consob: if in fact from a technical point of view the minimum free float threshold is ensured, in practical terms less than 10% is in the hands of operators and savers to guarantee trading.
