A conversation with Sabino Cassese, an eminent jurist and emeritus judge of the Constitutional Court, will take place this afternoon at the Luiss of Rome (Luiss Campus in Viale Romania 32, room 202) on “Politics and bureaucracy“. The conversation that takes place on the initiative of the School of Law of the University of the Capital takes its cue from Cassese's recent book “The structures of power” articulated in a long interview by the correspondent of La7, Alessandra Sardoni.
After a welcoming address by the Director of Studies of the Master in Business Law at Luiss, Antonio Nuzzo, the conversation will be attended by Gustavo Visentini, Scientific Director of the Master in Business Law at the Luiss School of Law, Bernardo Giorgio Mattarella, Professor of Administrative Law at Luiss Guido Carli University, Hadrian Simonetti, President of the Section of the Council of State and Professor of Administrative Law at Luiss, Ambassador Ludovico Ortona and Franco Locatelli, Director of FIRSTonline.
