Changing of the guard at the presidency of Pirelli. Ren Jianxin resigned from all positions held on the company's board of directors with effect from Monday 30 July due to the announced resignation from the position of president of China National Chemical Corporation due to having reached the age limit. It should be noted that as of today Ren Jianxin does not hold shares and/or other financial instruments issued by Pirelli and that no indemnity or other benefits are envisaged following termination of office. Following the resignation communicated by Ren Jianxin, Ning Gaoning, new president of ChemChina, communicated to the Company his willingness to accept as of now the possible appointment by co-optation as Director by the Pirelli Board of Directors as well as the office of Chairman of the company.
