Pierrel cuts the targets on 2012

Pierrel has cut the targets for 2012: the targets go from 49,14 to 42,3 million euros for gross revenues and from 4,2 to 0,12 million for Ebitda. Yesterday, the Board of Directors of the provider specialized in the pharmaceutical industry highlighted that, at the end of July, the overall loss was almost 18,8 million euros. The share capital, after deducting the losses net of reserves, amounted to 3,7 million. With the losses exceeding one third of the share capital, the board of directors decided to convene the meeting for 18 and 19 October.

The cut in targets is "mainly due to a less favorable global economic context than forecasts which also involved the pharmaceutical sector", writes the company in a note. However, the BoD confirmed the validity of the objectives for 2013 and 2014 set out in the business plan.
