According to rumors, during CEO Patuano's visit, the Brazilian government would have spoken out against Tim Brazil's stew, pronouncing itself in favor of a merger with Gvt. But analysts point out that the solution doesn't match Telefonica's strategies. 

Blackrock has become the second shareholder of Intesa Sanpaolo (-0,54%) with a share of more than 5%. The US giant of investment funds, which already owns about 10% of Telecom Italia, holds 5,004% of the Bank, overtaking Fondazione Cariplo, which owns 4,946%. The first shareholder remains Compagnia Sanpaolo with 9,713%.
