Parmalat: Court acquires new emails on Lag

The Parma court has accepted new documents presented by the Public Prosecutor's Office in the context of the civil proceeding on the Lag operation. The chief prosecutor, Gerardo Laguardia, explained on leaving the hearing that "the court has accepted our productions".

In particular, these are "emails retrieved in the last few days". From what has been learned, these are e-mail messages that the Guardia di Finanza made available to the Public Prosecutor's Office last Monday and which date back to the times in which the Collecchio company was studying the Lag operation.

Parmalat stock records a flat performance.
