The training course for young talents of the third edition of the Staff International School of Professions has concluded - the fourth edition is coming

The third edition of the School of Crafts di Staff International, production and logistics platform Otb group, has concluded his training course. Students now have the opportunity to start their careers in the group's companies, having acquired practical and theoretical skills in the field of fashion and luxury Made in Italy:, increasingly difficult to find on the market and which represent the heart of Italian craftsmanship.

The Staff International School of Trades

Il percorso formative of the School of Crafts provides a focus on learning all the tailoring skills and the development of extremely high quality products, aspects that represent the driving force behind the growth of the luxury sector. The students also take part in visits to some of Staff International's best production partners, to experience first-hand the uniqueness of the Italian luxury supply chain, and to the ateliers of the group's brands. Furthermore, internal lessons are held on the development of a collection, on sustainability logistics, fundamental aspects to understand all phases of the entire production cycle.  

At the end of the third edition all the participants were placed within the group's companies. A success that confirms a trend of significant growth both in terms of applications received and in terms of placements - since the beginning of the School, over 85% of students have continued their professional career. In line with the growing interest shown by young candidates, the group and Staff International have confirmed a fourth edition, departing at September 2024, and the openness to join further sector initiatives that espouse the same vision and values. 

The School of Trades is aimed at recent graduates of technical schools, Its, specialist courses, degree diplomas in the fashion sector throughout the national territory.
