The new headquarters of. opened its doors last month Stuttgart to take care of the digital signature business for the insurance group Alliance; a St. Paul in Brazil since last year it has laid the foundations for coordinating growth in the area having as its business card an exceptional customer such as Banco Santander very strong in South America, and a few months earlier also the landing in Silicon Valley in San Francisco, the cradle of technological innovation where she is called to sit at the table with the major operators in the sector to develop tailor-made solutions in digital operations.

The history of the company is quite recent, dating back to the early 2000s. Enrico Giacomelli and Claudio Gabellini embarked on an IT adventure at the time of the new economy to support local manufacturing companies in particular.

In a few years they diverted from normal programming services to the certified email business, and from there digital archiving solutions to electronic signatures that will ratify their development and opportunities on new markets such as the important acquisition made in 2014 in Austria that has opened up new ones
European horizons.

In the last four years the boom of this technology has brought the turnover from 18 million to about 50 million and employees, mostly young computer scientists and engineers, from a few dozen to about 350. “The strengths of our systems are security, speed and flexibility of use, and in the digital signature there is the great advantage of reducing physical time the signing of a contract avoiding incurring in those phenomena of abandonment of the practice which typically, with percentages even higher than 50% of the total, involves the formalization of online agreements” explains Luigi Enrico Tomasini, managing director of the company.

Services such as the digital signature without software installation but with the generation of instant passwords, or the web business platform with biometric recognition of the user for videochat and secure transactions, are characterized by simplicity, security and speed in transactions with no obligations hardware. Added to this is the development of digital services from banks, with the drive to acquire customers remotely, and the need for IT archiving of documents, which represent a branch of the new frontier of Fintech which many look to the technology of the Marche company as a reference for the future.
