Murdoch ready to leave

While the affair penetrates Scotland Yard and beheads its leaders, today Rupert Murdoch, his son James of Rebekah Brooks (former CEO of the News International group) will go before the British deputies of the House of Commons to answer the many questions on the scandal that is sweeping the Australian tycoon's empire and British politics.

Two outstanding ex-police officers will also be heard: Sir Paul Stephenson (former head of Scotland Yard) and his deputy, John Yates, both of whom have resigned. Tomorrow, however, Prime Minister David Cameron will speak in Parliament to discuss the latest developments in the case.
