Mission India: Ice, Sace and Simest (Cdp Group) publish the guide for businesses

On the occasion of Mission to India led by the Ministry of Economic Development, the ICE Agency with SACE and SIMEST, now united in the CDP Group's export and internationalization pole, publish the first joint guide dedicated to Italian companies that want to export or invest in the country. 
 
Among the contents, the “10 golden rules for doing business in India”, information to access the products and services of ICE, SACE and SIMEST, and an overview of values ​​and business etiquette to take the first steps in the country in an effective and timely manner. 

The initiative, which brings together the expertise on export and internationalization issues of ICE and the CDP Group, therefore represents a useful tool for entering a market with high development potential for Made in Italy, but which still suffers from critical issues that should not be underestimated.

With GDP growth rates higher than those of China (7%), internal demand supported by an expanding population and an ambitious reform plan aimed at attracting know-how and capital from abroad, India is now a major regional power able to offer important business opportunities. Although the market share is still small (1,1%), Made in Italy exports to the country have tripled since 2000 (3,3 billion euros) and new opportunities will come mainly from the instrumental mechanics, automotive, infrastructure and construction, IT, pharmaceuticals and renewable energies, for which an increase in exports of 1,3 billion euros is expected by 2019.
