The Chamber of Deputies approved the milleproroghe decree with 280 votes in favor and 96 against. Yesterday the go-ahead for the trust placed by the government on the measure. VAT NUMBER, DOUBLE TRACK MINIMUM REGIME
VAT holders who earn up to 30 thousand euros can choose for this year whether to opt for the new minimum regime with a flat rate of 15% (introduced by the latest Stability Law), or for the previous regime at 5%. but in this case the old limits also remain in force (it is possible to choose this system for no more than 5 years, and in any case no more than 35 years of age).
VAT NUMBER, STOP INCREASING CONTRIBUTIONS
Thanks to the Saltamartini amendment, signed by all the parliamentary groups, the INPS contribution rate for VAT numbers is blocked at 27,72% (for the third consecutive year), thanks to the coverage of 120 million euros identified by the government. The rate of social security contributions due by VAT registered holders enrolled in the INPS separate management will gradually increase from next year: to 28% in 2016 and to 29% in 2017.
EQUITALIA CARDS, INSTALLMENTS ARE BACK
The deadlines for requesting an installment plan (up to a maximum of 72) for tax debts are reopened, provided that the forfeiture of the tax collection occurred in 2014 and that the request is forwarded by 31 July 2015. No executive actions for those accessing a new plan.
20% PROCUREMENT ADVANCE
The advance of a portion of tenders to companies has been extended until the end of 2016 (raised from 10 to 20%), to mitigate the liquidity problems of companies also linked to split payments and VAT reverse charges. MUNICIPAL PROCUREMENT, THE "SINGLE COMMISSION CENTERS"
