The 9, 10 and 15 June will take place 8-hour general strike by metalworkers called by Fim, Fiom and Uilm in support of the dispute for the renewal of the national contract of the category, with regional demonstrations throughout Italy. Here are the methods of protest. The 9nd June Piedmont, Valle d'Aosta, Lombardy, Veneto, Abruzzo and Molise will abstain from work.

Il 10nd June it will be the turn of Liguria, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, Lazio, Campania, Puglia and Basilicata. The 15nd June it will be the turn of Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria. The general secretary of the Fim, Marco Bentivogli, will conclude the Milan demonstration on June 9, the Bologna one on the 10th and the Cagliari one on the 15th.

The general secretary of the FIOM, Maurizio Landini, the event in Vicenza will end on 9 June, the one in Bari on the 10th and the one in Palermo on the 15th.
