Mediaset archives the first nine months of 2015 with a red of 35,8 million, an improvement on the loss of 46,8 million recorded in the same period last year. The Biscione also expects to close 2015 with a profit.
I revenues total of the group between January and September amounted to 2,414 billion euros, an increase compared to the 2,387 billion of a year ago. L'Ebitda group is 871,4 million (down from 895,7 million), while theEBIT it is positive for 83,1 million, but down from 107,5 million a year ago.
If the revenue numbers are substantially in line with those of the main analysts, the profitability indicators are slightly below expectations. In Italy, i advertising revenue gross sales increased by 0,2%, to 1,362 billion, marking a result in contrast with the Nielsen statistical surveys on the Italian advertising market (-1,6% in the nine months).
For five consecutive months, the collection has been positive, underlines the note, in the third quarter revenues increased by 3,1% compared to a year ago. Including the month of October, which confirmed the trend of the previous months, in the first ten months of 2015 collection in Italy recorded an overall +0,5%.
