The health ticket could be triggered immediately. This would be one of the fundamental changes to the financial maneuver that will be approved on Friday definitively by Parliament. It will therefore not be necessary to wait until 2012 (as envisaged by the first version of the financial law) to pay the new tax of 10 euros on specialist visits and 25 euros on white codes in the emergency room.
The measure would therefore eliminate the coverage of 480 million which made it possible to block the tax until the end of the year. This was reported by majority parliamentary sources. The operation would therefore make it possible to immediately recover the resources allocated to block the ticket until the end of 2011. In any case, the package of proposals developed by the government has not yet been filed.
