The recipe for panettone, wines and doc waters on First&Food

Can panettone be made at home? If you're really good, yes. AND the recipe is provided on First&Food, the king of panettone, Alfonso Pepe from Salerno, who won the King Panettone Award four times, outclassing Lombards and Piedmontese.

We tell you right away: replicating the works, because this is what it is about, this great artist will not be easy, but if you have the desire and the courage to compete with the enterprise, one of the most famous pastry chefs in Italy has revealed all its secrets for creating the perfect panettone at First&Food, the FIRSTonline magazine dedicated to the world of cooking, agriculture and the food industry.

But on First&Food we don't just talk about food, but also about good wine and Italian excellence. Like every weekend, the section "One wine, one story" is back. This week, our sommelier, Daniela Scrobogna takes us to meet a company that in just a few years has managed to bring Sangiovese to its maximum gustatory expressions. LThe company is called Condé and the name of his wine, the Ray that burns, refers to the exposure of the land of the vines, a tribute to nature.

From wine one can only pass to water and to a Piedmontese company which has by now become one of the symbols of Italian excellence: the Sant'Anna, which in 2017 sold bottles of water for 1 billion euros.

This and much more on First&Food.
