The Stock Exchange surpasses the node-maneuver. Salini sinks

According to EU Commissioner Moscovici, the agreement with Italy "doesn't exist yet", but Piazza Affari keeps going above 19.000 points and the spread drops towards 260 points - European lists stalled - Banks doing well in Milan: Unicredit the best on rumors of sale of subsidiaries in Austria – The pound appreciates after the vote of confidence on Brexit.

EU Commissioner Pierre Moscovici curbs enthusiasm: the agreement on the Italian manoeuvre it's not there yet. But Piazza Affari +0,78% rises above 19 points. Even the spread, in sharp decline, celebrates: 261 points in the middle of the day. The BTP strengthens to 2,89%, from 2,99% yesterday. The two-year trades at 0,45%, on the lowest since June (-10 basis points). 

The euphoria does not carry over to other markets, with the exception of Madrid (+0,7% like Milan). The stock exchanges await the indications that will arrive today from Mario Draghi's press conference at the end of the ECB directorate. Paris slows down -0,3%, Frankfurt is negative (-0,10%). London -0,24%. The pound appreciates at 1,27 against the dollar (+0,3%). Theresa May remains prime minister: the motion of her party's rebels it didn't pass. 

Worth noting is the decline in Zurich, down by a quarter of a point: the collapse of Gam Holding -27%): the asset management company has warned that 2018 will end with losses of 925 million francs. The negative signs are reawakening traditional Swiss prudence: the governor of the Swiss central bank says he expects turbulence on the financial markets in the coming months. Thomas Jordan believes that the institute's monetary policy will have to take into account the likely worsening of the macroeconomic environment. 

Oil prices are down slightly, under pressure due to a general increase in inventories just below $60 a barrel.

Sale Unicredit +2,7% in negotiations for the sale of subsidiaries in Austria. The other banks are more opposed: Bank Bpm -0,7%. Ubi Banking + 1,6%. Intesa Sanpaolo + 1,6%.  

Good insurance: Generali +0,66%. Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone and Leonardo Del Vecchio continue shopping rising respectively to 4,74% and 3,78%. UnipolSai + 0,2%. Still ahead the utilities: Enel + 1,22%. Italgas + 0,8%. 

Day of heavy showers outside the main basket.  

- Ovs falls to the bottom: -23%. The company ended the third quarter with an Ebitda of 23 million euros, about half of what analysts had expected.   

Salini Impregilo -13%. The Panama Canal Authority has announced that following the arbitration a Miami court has ordered the consortium that is expanding the canal, which also includes the Italian group, to return approximately 848 million dollars to the Authority of the channel.
