Outline i top management of IsyBank, the new digital bank of Intesa Sanpaolo. Matthew Boselli will be the president, while the role of CEO will be entrusted to Antonio Valitutti.

To support Boselli and Valitutti in the board of directors of IsyBank will be: Virginia Borla, Giampli Bracchi, Donatella Busso, Renato Cerioli, Andrea Chioatto, Achille Galdini and Paola Papanicolaou.
What will IsyBank do
La digital bank 100% controlled by Intesa Sanpaolo will be launched on cloud technology and will have the partnership with the leading international company in the fintech Thought Machine. Isybank will provide banking services initially to 4 millions of customers identified by the 2022-2025 Business Plan interested in using services exclusively online and via mobile. “At the same time, this will allow the group – which has as its objective the leadership on the European scene in terms of operational efficiency and innovation at the service of customers – a structural cost reduction”, explains the Bank led by Carlo Messina in a note.
On the basis of the provisions of the Business Plan to 2025, investments will amount to 5 billion euro, a figure which includes approximately 650 million euro to be allocated to the new digital bank. Approximately will be involved in the operation 4 thousand people between recruitment of specific profiles and professional reconversions.
