Intesa Sanpaolo has been nominated 'Best Bank in Italy' from Global Finance magazine. A similar recognition was assigned to the Serbian subsidiary Banca Intesa Beograd, as 'Best Bank in Serbia'. Every year Global Finance selects, with the support of financial analysts, the top performers among international banking institutions and financial providers, awarding them the title of 'World's best bank' in various financial sectors.
The identification of the top performers of the category has taken place through the evaluation of a number of criteria including: the sustainable business model, good governance, the results achieved in the past year, management excellence, technological innovation made available to customers, as well as leadership in digital transformation.
