Intesa Sanpaolo: InSalute Servizi becomes fully operational

The new company will handle claims and develop a network of affiliated healthcare facilities to support the insurance offer of Intesa Sanpaolo Rbm Salute. InSalute Servizi is 65% owned by Intesa Sanpaolo Vita and 35% by Blue Assistance

Intesa Sanpaolo: InSalute Servizi becomes fully operational

InHealth Services, a company of the Insurance Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, became fully operational thanks to the transfer of a company branch by Blue Assistance (a Reale Group company), which includes a technological platform, a network of affiliated healthcare facilities, know-how and a team of specialized resources.

The goal is that develop a network of affiliated health facilities to support the offer of health insurance services starting from the sharing of the current Blue Assistance network and its skills and technologies.

InHealth Services is specialized in the management of health and welfare services for Intesa Sanpaolo's captive customers, the supplementary healthcare funds, welfare funds, mutual societies, companies and other bodies operating in the supplementary healthcare and assistance sectors. The company will be able to follow the customer in the phases of sale, supervision of needs, taking charge, analysis and settlement of claims for illness and accident, improving the quality of the services provided. Among the strengths of InSalute there is one network of over 5.000 healthcare facilities e 120.000 contracted doctors and a strong push towards digital services.

InHealth services is chaired by Luca Filippone and led by the CEO and DG Maximus Weaver.

InSalute Servizi will be the Group's strategic Third Part Administrator

Intesa's operation is part of his business plan 2022-2025 which foresees, among its development strategies, a strong growth in health insurance sector, which promotes protection, the offer of personalized and complete assistance services for families and individuals of all ages, as well as a widespread presence of structures in the area, capable of guaranteeing high standard social and health services.

InHealth Services will be the Strategic “TPA” (Third Part Administrator) of the Group which, in 2026, will manage 75% of the Intesa Sanpaolo RBM Salute portfolio.
