Generali fell below the threshold of 2% of Intesa Sanpaolo. Based on communications to Consob, the Trieste-based company rose to 1,869% from the 2,61% it held as at 31 December 2013. The operation took place on 17 June last.
At around 15,30 Intesa Sanpaolo is growing on the Stock Exchange by 1,31% while Generali is down by 0,37%.
