Intesa Sanpaolo and Faita-Federcamping: agreement for open-air tourism companies

Intesa Sanpaolo e Faita-Federcamping, the Federation of Italian Associations of open-air tourist-accommodation complexes, have signed an agreement to support businesses in the relaunch linked to the opportunities provided by the Pnrr and to encourage investments along the direction of the sustainable tourism.

In detail, the agreement follows and integrates the interventions in favor of SMEs in the tourism sector announced by Intesa Sanpaolo with a plafond of 1,2 billion euro and is aimed at accompanying open-air accommodation companies along three main lines of intervention: redevelopment and increase in the quality standards of accommodation facilities, environmental sustainability of the offer through the renewal of structures and services and digitization of the service model. To this end, member companies may be supported by specific loans devised by Intesa Sanpaolo to share objectives for improving customer sustainability in the ESG area, including:  

Loan suites: for tourism companies that intend to improve the quality standards of their accommodation facility through an incentive mechanism, i.e. the reduction of the interest rate applied following the achievement of improvement objectives shared with the Bank. 

S-Loan Tourism: to encourage investments aimed at the energy requalification of structures with particular attention to the environmental impact of the interventions. Also in this case there is a reward mechanism in terms of reduction of the rate applied and the possibility of combining the SACE Green guarantee at 80%, which allows the duration of the loan to be extended up to 20 years, including 3 years of pre-payment. -depreciation. 

D Loan: to finance the digital growth paths of companies, as well as promoting collaboration with a network of partners specialized in the digitalisation needs of companies.

In addition, Intesa Sanpaolo will make available initiatives la digital platform free that allows you to better identify the information relating to the measures and tenders promoted by national and European institutional bodies in the context of planning the Pnrr.

Added to this is the possibility for associates, through the company Intesa Sanpaolo Rent Foryou, to rent capital goods instead of buying them. The associated companies will thus be able to access the rental of machinery, equipment and furnishings with the possibility of establishing a seasonal fee which will facilitate the payment plan aligning it with the months of higher cash-in and facilitating liquidity management.
