Intesa Sanpaolo and ICE-Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies have signed a new agreement and started a relationship of mutual collaboration: the objective is to guide and support companies interested in operating in international markets, through activities consultancy, training and information.

The partnership is part of a favorable context for Italian exports, which will also be able to represent an important growth lever for our economy in the future. Extraordinary opportunities are opening up on foreign markets, also thanks to the new approaches made possible by digital, which cancel the distances towards countries with greater physical and cultural distance. Entrepreneurs are increasingly aware of the need to redefine their international expansion projects by enhancing skills and multi-channelling, factors on which the ability of Italian companies to compete in the world depends."

The agreement provides:

  • the performance of a consultancy activity, through the provision, by the ICE Agency, to the client companies of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group of ad hoc service packages at discounted rates, such as for example market research in foreign countries, identification of new partners, creation of a sales network abroad;
  • the development of an information activity in favor of the Bank's business customers, through the creation of country/sector presentations, with the participation of ICE personnel;
  • the activation of forms of collaboration, such as participation in events, conferences, seminars, demonstrations, fairs and missions in Italy and abroad;
  • the creation of joint training initiatives, with the involvement of Intesa Sanpaolo Formazione: among these the second edition Digital4Export, a training course promoted with Piccola Industria Confindustria and focused on digital communication for internationalisation, which from 4 April will be hosted in Turin, Varese , Pordenone, Ancona, Caserta and Cosenza, with 6 training days for each stage and 8 hours of additional coaching
  • collaboration, through Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, on joint initiatives aimed at intercepting companies' demand for innovation: match-making, synergies with incubators, research centers and partner institutions, connections with entrepreneurs and investors from other countries.
