Three-way alliance in the world of international tax, investigative and legal consultancy. Integra International (www.integra-international.net), primary international association of experts in tax and accounting consultancy operating in 63 countries reached an agreement with Alliance of Business Lawyers – ABL (www.ablglobal.net), important association of international law firms present all over the world e Council of International Investigators – CII (www.cii2.org), a worldwide network of investigative and security professionals, for the creation of a multidisciplinary business alliance.
The new alliance brings together professionals in different fields: lawyers, accountants, tax consultants, accounting experts and private investigators with the aim of being able to offer top quality assistance, in terms of specific local and professional skills, to its clients with transnational needs.
This partnership - specifies a note - is in line with the strategic objective of Integra International, for the two-year period 2018-2019, to expand its network with companies or associations operating in complementary business areas; ranging from legal advice; securities and real estate consultancy; financial services in the field of International Investigation; the provision of specialist consultancy services such as transfer pricing and international Merger and Acquisition (M&A).
The agreement was reached in Florence on the occasion of the conclusion of the Integra International Worldwide Conference 2018 which saw the participation of professionals from both associations and in particular by Emmanuel Moulin, President of ABL, of Steve Kirby, representative of the Council of international Investigators and of Joseph Scibetta, President of Integra International.
More specifically, the Alliance of Business Lawyers brings together leading law firms with over 900 lawyers active in the fields of Corporate, M&A, Finance, IP, Labor law with offices in 34 countries around the world. The Council of international Investigators was founded in Chicago in 1955 and is active worldwide.
